Big Party Services for Planning Kids Parties

Big Party is an Egyptian company founded in 2000 that plans and prepares children’s birthday parties and family occasions. Its services include many elements that can be combined in one party.

Party packages

Complete offers at one price, from EGP 4,000 to EGP 18,500. A package saves you the effort of coordinating several suppliers: entertainment, decoration and extras arrive together. The price does not change with the number of guests. See all packages.

Bouncy castles and games

Bouncy castles and games for kids of all ages, plus challenge games and contests that keep the whole group busy. Games can be added to any package. See inflatables and games.

Balloon decoration and backdrops

Balloon arches, balloon flowers and backdrops matched to your party theme. Decoration can be part of a package or ordered on its own. See balloon decoration and balloon backdrops.

Shows and entertainment

  • DJ and sound system
  • Characters: choose the ones your child loves
  • Magician, balloon clown and face painting
  • Bubbles show, Aragoz puppet show, African show and Indian show
  • Superhero shows and interactive contests

More on the shows and entertainment page.

Snacks and food

Popcorn, cotton candy, waffles and a chocolate fountain, served at the party by our team. See snacks and food.

Photography

A photo table and event photography, so you can enjoy the party instead of filming it.

School, family and corporate events

We also organise school parties, carnivals, family occasions and corporate events with the same building blocks. Details on the events page.

Where we work

We set up at your place, at home, at a club or in a hall. Our parties are in Cairo and Giza. Transport is added according to the location.

How we work

  1. You tell us the date, the place and what your child likes.
  2. We suggest a package or a custom mix, with a clear price.
  3. We set up at your venue and run the party.
